The objective. Skin Retreat Spa, a brand-new medspa founded by Hiral Patel in Lewis Center, Ohio, partnered with Creative Gold Agency to establish a professional and compelling brand presence from the ground up. With no existing Instagram account and a new physical location opening its doors, Hiral’s primary goal was to increase local visibility, generate leads, and launch a high-end brand that reflected her expertise in anti-aging and corrective skincare.
